If I can make this pit work anybody can. Last weekend I cooked two briskest and two hams off a wild hog, and they turned out great. I have had a lot of different grills over the years but this cooks the best. Pat Seaman Berlin, WI
The pit is working great. The Backyard pro is just the right size to have family and friends over. We had some family up that left Houston because of the hurricane, I cooked for all of them and they loved it. For Thanksgiving I smoked turkeys for our family and both neighbors at the same time - plus some extra drumsticks for the kids. My wife appreciated me not taking up space in the oven too.
